SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ISSUING PHOTO-ID CARD

PURPOSE: A system and a method for issuing electronic ID card are provided to obtain identification photograph suitable for international standard in a photo booth. CONSTITUTION: A photographing device(110) takes a photograph of the identification photograph of user. A user authentication device(120) confirms user by the fingerprint of user. After a card issuing unit(130) receives the identification photograph, the received identification photograph is recorded in the electronic ID card. A main server(140) receives and stores the identification photograph.
