PURPOSE: An abutment for a dental implant is provided, which achieves bio-affinity, good workability, excellent intensity, softness, and corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION: An abutment for a dental implant is made of cobalt-chrome-molybdenum alloy which consists of molybdenum 5~7 weight%, and nitrogen 0.15~0.20 weight%. The abutment for a dental implant is applied to the dental implant material which consists of casting gold, porcelain fused to metal, and porcelain fused to gold. The cobalt-chrome-molybdenum alloy has good affinity to gold, cobalt alloy metal and so on. |
