Invention herewith described refers to a disposable gynecologic instrument for dilatation of body cavities by fluid injection, as desinged in this invention, includes a body (1) of the instrument on the bottom side of which a handle (2) is fixed tight with a tank (3) while at the front part of the body (1) of the instrument protrudes and positioned slidingly, shaped to be pressed with two fingers, is a triggering lever (4) which is by a screw (41) connected to the main piston (42) movable inside the cylinder around which is positioned a larger spring (43) where the outlet of the cylinder is connected to one branch of the three-branched line (44), the other two branches of which are connected, one to the upper iriversible valve (12), and the other to the lower irreversible valve (22) and where also at the front of the body (1) of the instrument threaded and sealed to fixe the main pipe (5), shaped with ribs (51) positioned along the pipe cross arranged as a reinforcement of the main pipe (5) with a series of, along the circuference, cross positioned circular ribs (52) to increse the rigidity of the main pipe (5) at the protruding end of which is fixed a threaded support (6) of the body of a dilatating probe with a holding element (7) of the dilatation baloon, and where at the body (1), at the upper side positioned is a press button (8) with a protector (9) of the outlet, while in front of it there is a holding element (10) of a small spring (11) of the upper irreversible valve (12).
