PURPOSE: A height control heel is provided, which can alternatively use a low heel and a high heel and can express various aesthetic senses. CONSTITUTION: A height control heel comprises a heel body(10) which is fixed to the bottom end of the shoes; a heel bundle(20) consisting of a high heel and a low heel which are projected at the fixed angle and are widened; a hinge pin(30) which passes an insertion hole of the rotating rod in which the inside is empty and is fixed and coupled with the end heel body of the rotation groove; and an elastic spring(40) inserted into the insertion hole of the rotating rod. When the heel bundle is pulled, the heel bundle and rotating rod are released.
