PURPOSE: A location tracking method is provided to generate URL including a position of a webpage and digital map by using a target device. CONSTITUTION: In a location tracking method, a position tracking device generates a command including a device ID of the position tracking device through an input module. A communications module of the position tracking device transmits the command to a target device(32). The target device confirms a device ID of the position tracking device included in transmitted command(33). The target device compares the device ID with the telephone number stored in the memory module. A location verification module of the target device obtains the location information of the target device(35). The target device encodes the obtained location information(36) and generates the URL(37).
