PURPOSE: A vehicle cooling system power transmitting structure is provided to install a first idle pulley in an engine-sided tension adjustment and install a second idle pulley in a radiator-sided tension adjustment, thereby adjusting independently the tension of an idle belt and a fan belt. CONSTITUTION: An engine pulley(11) and a first idle pulley(31) installed in an engine(10) are connected through an idle belt(30). A second idle pulley(32) and the fan pulley(21) of a radiator are connected through a fan belt(40). A first tension adjustment(60) is installed in an engine side. A second tension adjustment(50) is installed in a radiator side. The tension of the idle belt and the tension of the fan belt are independently controlled.
