<p>The submitted invention applies to a synthesis of magnetorheological liquids based on nanometal-oxide materials with narrow particle size distribution between 30 nm and 100 nm, with specific magnetisation between 40 and 60 mT, measured at applied magnetic field strength of less than 0.25 mT, with homogenous deposition of organic cationic, anionic, non-ionic and amphoteric surface active substances, aliphatic, aromatic and unsaturated hydrocarbons, higher alcohols, silicone and mineral oils as carrying media in the concentration range from 1 mol/l to 15 mol/l as well as inorganic stabilisers based on nano silicon oxide (SiO2), nano aluminium oxychloride (AlO(OH)) and nano titanium dioxide (TiO2) in the concentration range from 0.1 wt.% to 10 wt.%, which, due to their physicochemical properties and the technology of two-stage high-energy grinding in a horizontal attrition mill, enable the production of stable magnetorheological liquids and their use on the field of biomedical and biotechnological applications in procedures in genetics and cell separation, in various industrial applications on the field of sealing of driving mechanical parts, sensorics, heat transfer, active suspension systems and magnetic separation as well as on the field of environmental protection.</p> |
