PURPOSE: A leg massage and exercise machine is provided, which can be conveniently used and can maximize exercise and massage effect at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A leg massage and exercise machine comprises a chair(2) installed at the base frame(1); rails(3) which are installed so that the chair can move to the front and rear of the base frame; and a spring connected between the base frame and chair. On the base frame in front of the chair, a lateral axis(5) is formed to move a thigh massage unit(10). In the lower part of the thigh massage unit, a leg platform(30) is formed. In the thigh massage unit and leg massage unit, a plurality of rollers are rotated by a speed reduction motor, a chain(40), and chain gears.
