摘要 The hybrid welding method for welding of work pieces consisting of a hardening-sensitive material to form machine parts, comprises, injecting energies of carbon dioxide laser welding and metal protective gas welding-electric arc welding into a common process zone, and supplying a welding filler material into a welding bath melted by the welding process. The arc welding energy source foreruns the laser welding energy source about 2-10 mm. The welding filler material is supplied in form of a wire with a diameter of 0.8-1.2 mm and with a feed speed of 5-22 m/min. The hybrid welding method for welding of work pieces consisting of a hardening-sensitive material to form machine parts, comprises, injecting energies of carbon dioxide laser welding and metal protective gas welding-electric arc welding into a common process zone, and supplying a welding filler material into a welding bath melted by the welding process. The arc welding energy source foreruns the laser welding energy source about 2-10 mm. The welding filler material is supplied in form of a wire with a diameter of 0.8-1.2 mm and with a feed speed of 5-22 m/min. The hybrid welding method is carried out with a welding speed of 1.0-4.0 m/min. Welded joints are produced with a welding depth of up to 8 mm. The work pieces are welded by butt joint with an opening angle of 5-20 degrees. The work piece is welded with a material, which is case-hardened steel with carbon contents of 0.5-1.0% and a case-hardening depth of 0.1-1.2 mm, or a tempering steel of carbon-equivalent of 0.4%. Independent claims are included for: (1) welding seam for the connection of the work pieces; and (2) machine parts formed from welded work pieces.
