PURPOSE: An interactive contents service system linked electric traffic card and an interactive contents service method thereof are provided to offer customized contents to users by outputting the contents setup by the users. CONSTITUTION: A contents server(10) inputs the card information of the electronic transportation card in which user possesses and the content information in which user wants. After the content server connects the card information and content information, the connected information as described above is stored. A card reader(20) decodes the card information. The card reader transmits the decoded card information as described above to the contents server. After the card reader is transmitted the contents information, the delivered contents information as described above is outputted.
