PURPOSE: A defrosting device for a refrigerator is provided to prevent defrost water from being stagnant by changing the material of a member covering the defrost heater. CONSTITUTION: A defrosting device for a refrigerator comprises a flat heater(12) and an ice reminder removing heater(124). The flat heater is composed of a first defrost heater(122) and a second defrost heater(123). The ice reminder removing heater is contacted with the floor of a drainage dish(11) sloped to a defrost water draining pipe(11a). The ice reminder removing heater comprises a drain hole(124a) corresponding to the defrost water draining pipe. The defrost heater is formed by being surrounded with the film of the PET material. The defrost heater and the ice reminder removing heater are composed of aluminum materials.
