The invention relates to the field of sports, particularly to the organization of sports and educational training of teenagers.The method, according to the invention, includes a three-level system of prize incentives, based on the objective results of measurement of individual motion activity, which is determined during trainings with the help of a self-contained unit put on the hand or foot of the teenager and which measures the sum of absolute values of the motion activity per unit of time as minimum by two mutually perpendicular axes, the results are recorded at the end of each training in the form of conventional points corresponding to the measured motion activity, accumulated on an individual card with semiconductor information carrier, as well as in the database of a computer, at the same time the first level of prize incentives assumes grant after each training of low-value prize incentives in the event of acquiring a number of points equivalent to the established threshold value of points, the second level of prize incentives assumes grant of high-value prize incentives in the event of acquiring a number of points equivalent to the established number of points for tens and hundreds of trainings, and the third level of prize incentives assumes grant of access to the Internet and to the computer games for a certain period of time, in the event of acquiring a number of points equivalent to the number of points corresponding to the established period of time. At the same time, the measured value of the motion activity is multiplied by the equalization factors corresponding to the age group, sex, mass of the body, state of health, physical growth and development, sport. The result consists in creating an additional motivation of teenagers for the motion activity during sports trainings.
