PURPOSE: An OLED display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a protecting partition wall on a pad unit, thereby improving corrosion caused by a reflective electrode of the pad unit. CONSTITUTION: A first signal line includes a first pad unit(129). A second signal line crossing with the first signal line includes a second pad unit(179). A first TFT(Thin Film Transistor) is electrically connected to the first and second signal lines. A second TFT is electrically connected to the first TFT. A pixel electrode is electrically connected to the second TFT. A luminous member(370) is formed between the pixel electrode and a common electrode(270).
