The invention relates to the mechanical engineering and can be used for coupling the shafts of the mechanisms.The fixed coupling comprises a hub (1) and a shaft (2). Into the hub (1) there are made, in one or more rows, one or more transversal through grooves, wherein there are rigidly installed segments. On the surface of the shaft (2) and on the inner surface of the segments there are symmetrically made sockets of hemispherical form, wherein there are placed balls (15). On the hub (1) it is fixed a bush (16) by screw plugs (18). Into the bush (16) it is made a longitudinal technological through groove (17). Between the segments it is made a technological threaded hole (19).
