<p>The drying plant comprises a drying area (2) with a central aeration tower (10), a canopy (20) stretched between the aeration tower and the edge of the drying area, a turning device guidable around the aerating tower circling over the drying area, a loading device (40) in the form of a conveyor strip for loading the drying area with the material to be dried, and an un-loading device with a conveyor screw for unloading the dried material. The canopy is formed from a flexible bubble wrap film and consists of transparent material.
