PURPOSE: A program recording medium for using public transportations is provided to offer advanced card identification method using the identification of the public transportations. CONSTITUTION: A server comprises the followings. An issuing information receiver(120) receives a processing result about the transportation ticket which is valid for a specified period. A usage detail collector(125) collects the processing result of charge payment by a card(100). A storage unit(130) stores the obtained information in a storage medium of the server. A calculating unit(135) performs a calculation based on the stored information.
