PURPOSE: A security system and a method using voice recognition are provided to monitor emergency conditions in real time by collecting an emergency signal through an image collection device. CONSTITUTION: A crime prevention system(100) comprises more than one image collection units(110-1,110-2), an emergency terminal, and an emergency control part(130). The emergency terminal generates voice recognition signal by sensing the voice. The emergency terminal compares the recognized voice with emergency voice stored and generates the emergency signal. The emergency terminal transmits the emergency signal to an emergency control part. An image collecting unit transmits the collected image to the emergency control part. The emergency control part transmits the emergency signal in response to the received emergency signal, the image, and the collected ID information. |
