PASSIVE MILIMETER-WAVE IMAGE SENSOR

摘要

PURPOSE: A passive millimeter wave image sensor is provided to reduce the size of the entire system and integrate respective electronic elements. CONSTITUTION: A lens unit(100) has a hemispherical lens and a cylindrical lens. A millimeter wave sensor module(200) receives a signal of a millimeter wave band from waves concentrated in the lens unit. The millimeter wave sensor module processes the received millimeter wave signal. A signal converting unit(300) converts the processed millimeter wave signal into a digital signal. An image processing unit(400) converts the digital signal outputted from the signal converting unit into an image signal.
