PURPOSE: A voice chatting method between members watching the same broadcasting program and a system therefor are provided to form a chatting group about users watching the same broadcasting program, thereby performing a voice chatting service between members included in the chatting group. CONSTITUTION: A chatting group forming unit(210) forms a chatting group about users watching the same broadcasting program. The chatting group forming unit forms a chatting group between a user and other users watching the same broadcasting program. A voice chatting unit(220) offers a voice chatting service between members included in the chatting group. The voice chatting unit offers a voice chatting service between members of the chatting group through an internet or a phone network.
