The box has a box part comprising a set of contact areas with which a tubular sheet (9) and the box part are soldered with each other at soldering areas (28), where the soldering areas are formed by the set of contact areas and set of contact areas (26) of the sheet. A contact securing element (30) inhibits critical removal of the contact areas from each other within the soldering areas. The contact securing element is arranged at a longitudinal separating wall area (25) of the box. The contact securing element has a projection (35) provided within the contact areas. An independent claim is also included for a heat exchanger comprising a heat exchanger block.
