The holder (1) has a ring (3) passed around a bottle lower side (10), and a handle (4) comprising a connection part for corresponding connection elements to the ring at a connection point (5). The handle comprises a snap ring (9) partially surrounding a bottle neck (8). The ring and the handle are completely locked together only in an operational position by the connection part and the corresponding connection elements. The ring and the handle are detachably connected together. The ring is opened at the connection point, and the connection elements are attached to ends of the ring.
