CULTURE METHOD OF PELARGONIUM SP. ADVENTITIOUS ROOT

PURPOSE: A proliferation of plant adventitious root of Pelargonium sp. is provided to identify proper culture condition and massively produce the plant adventitious root. CONSTITUTION: A method for culturing adventitious root of Pelargonium sp. comprises: a step of sterilizing Pelargonium sp. and inoculating to induce and proliferate cells; a step of inducing and proliferating the proliferated cells; and a step of performing induction and proliferating of the adventitious root. A medium for proliferating the adventitious root is 3/4 MS medium containing NH4+:NO3-=15:30, 30g·L-1 of sucrose, 0.1mg·L-1 of IBA(indolebutyric acid) and 0.1mg·L-1 of kinetin.
