In a time synchronizer using a GPS satellite, even if the GPS satellite becomes unable to be captured, stability control is performed so as to be able to take a long system operable time. When there is a mobile station in the relationship in which handover can be performed between the base station and another base station if the GPS satellite becomes unable to be captured, a radio wave input/output section receives a frame transmitted from the another base station capable of normally receiving the GPS satellite via the mobile station and a frame timing detection section estimates a deviation from UTC. A 1PPS correction circuit section transmits a signal that corrects the amount of the deviation and a control unit instructs a GPS receiver to change and adjust the frame timing. A frame generating section generates a frame according to the corrected 1PPS signal. |
