PURPOSE: A rotary chair with a waist exercise function is provided to enable convenient waist exercise by freely rotating a seat in right and left directions through a forward or reverse drive electric motor. CONSTITUTION: A rotary chair with a waist exercise function comprises a fixing plate(30); a rotation supporting shaft(31) installed at the upper end of the fixing plate; bearing and rotation connection gear(33) installed at the circumference of the rotation supporting shaft; a rotary seat(40) installed the upper end of the rotation connection gear; an armrest(60) and seat back(70) which are not rotated by connecting the fixing plate when the seat is rotated; an electric motor(50) installed at the bottom of the fixing plate; and a driving gear(52) which is connected to the rotation connection gear by being installed at the rotary shaft of the electric motor protruded toward the upper end of the fixing plate.
