MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE ARTIFICIAL ICE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing artificial ice is provided to prepare an artificial ice which has the same transparency and strength as natural ice, and enough slip property, and is reusable. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing artificial ice comprises the steps of: (S100) mixing water-soluble silicate(SiO3) 5~30 g/l with sulfuric acid(H2SO4) 180~220 g/l to obtain a first composition; (S110) mixing the first composition with water(H2O) 200~800 g/l to obtain a second composition; (S130) mixing the second composition with sodium hydroxide(NaOH) or potassium hydroxide(KOH) 140~180 g/l to obtain a third composition; and further (S140) adding water to the third composition and aging the mixture at a room temperature for 3~4 days to growth ice crystals.
