PURPOSE: A device and a method for manufacturing an insulation tube are provided, which use a tubular sleeve coated with silicon and improves insulation effect. CONSTITUTION: An insulation tube manufacturing method is as follows. The tubular sleeve weaves and makes the polyester yarn. The surface of the sleeve is heat-treated to 90~110deg.C through a heater while the woven sleeve is inserted in the molding bent pipe and slides. The surface of the tubular sleeve is coated with coating solution firstly. The coated sleeve is firstly dried through a drying furnace at 150~180deg.C. The dried sleeve is secondly coated with coating solution. The secondly coated sleeve is again dried at 150~180deg.C. The dried tubular sleeve is reeled on a bobbin.
