PURPOSE: A core-shell structured nanocomposite, and its manufacturing method are provided to obtain the core-shell structured nanocomposite having regular size and shape and showing excellent ferromagnetism and electric conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A core-shell structured nanocomposite is represented by the formula 1. A method for manufacturing the core-shell structured nanocomposite comprises the steps of dipping a Fe3O4 in any one solvent selected from deionized water containing lignosulfonic acid, methanol or their mixture; adding 3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene to the floating matter obtained by dipping to produce a reaction mixture; adding an ammonium persulphate solution to the reaction mixture and polymerizing it; and washing the obtained precipitate with methanol to remove impurities and oligomers, and vacuum drying it.
