The invention relates to methods of oil production from vegetable raw materials and can be used for preparing fatty oil from high-oil wastes of tobacco seeds. The invention is aimed at enhancement of the tobacco oil quality, simplification of the method and reduction of extraction rate of toxic components from deposition due to shorter sedimentation time, as well as decreasing losses of the end product. According to the invention the aimed result is achieved by tobacco seeds purification, pressing and separating thereof into liquid and solid fractions, sedimentation the liquid fraction with oil separation and filtration thereof, prior to pressing the seeds are detoxicated by sodium hydroxide solution, after pressing the liquid fraction is settled during 20-48 hours and before filtration which repeated twice the oil is purified by activated carbon maintaining for at least 1.5 hours at 25-40°C. |
