<p>The invention relates to a deliberate obstacle in order to concentrate the wind energy, used in the wind installations generating electric energy or storing wind energy in hydraulic, pneumatic accumulators, oxygen and hydrogen, in the water electrolysis process. According to the invention, the obstacle consists of a spatial module (1) made of sheet metal, inside thereof there being a network of supporting girders (2) made of a light and resistant material, on a module (1) there being clamped some supporting tie-rods (3), which are in connection with some supporting elements (4), which are on a guide and support device (5), which has two rack mechanisms (6 and 7) provided in order to guide and handle the spatial module (1).</p> |
