The present invention relates to a film-curling device, a film-splicing device comprising the same, and a splicing method for film using the same. The film-curling device according to the present invention is one in which a film, which has been laminated onto an object, is rolled up in such a way as to cover the end of the object. It comprises a forwarding part for forwarding the object while meshing with the object; and a curling rail which guides the object being moved by means of the forwarding part, and which is provided at an interval of a predetermined spacing from the forwarding part. Here, the curling rail is formed with a guiding recess into which the end part of the object is inserted and which is arranged in such a way as to ensure that the film is curled.
