PLASMA TUBE ARRAY-TYPE DISPLAY SUB-MODULE AND DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A plasma tube array-type sub display module and a display device are provided to control effectively that the intrinsic abnormal noise generated on the surface of a plasma tube array is leaked from the front side of the display device with an intermediate layer functioning as a sound absorption layer. CONSTITUTION: In an address electrode support sheet(33), a plurality of address electrodes(32) is formed. In a display electrode support sheet(35), a plurality of display electrodes(34) is formed. Discharge gas is respectively sealed inside a plurality of plasma tubes(31). The plasma tubes are parallely arranged. The plasma tubes are pinched between the address electrode support sheet and the display electrode support sheet. In the plasma tube array, an intermediate layer is interposed. The plasma tube array is fixed to a sub module frame(40). The intermediate layer can be transformed along the surface shape of the rear side of the address electrode support sheet.
