An in-train monitor system is provided with information management system which manage information (1D) relating to the states of monitor objects which are outputted from state-monitored devices (120), cameras (40) which are mounted to respective vehicles and photograph the devices (120), transmission devices (70) which are connected to in-train transmission paths and transmit photographic data obtained from the cameras (40), central camera-control devices (20) which are connected to the information management system and the transmission devices (70), monitor the information (1D) relating to the states of monitor objects transmitted from the information management system, discriminate whether the state-monitored devices (120) are normal, and generate frame rate control signals for adjusting the frame rates of the photographic data, and camera control terminal devices (30) which are connected to the transmission devices (70) and the cameras (40) and adjust the frame rates of the photographic data transmitted from the cameras (40) according to the frame rate control signals. |
