A ionising device associable with a hairdryer, hand-dryer or the like comprises a dispersion tip (2) adapted to generate and disperse electrically charged particles in a hot air flow, and electric supply means (3) connecting the dispersion tip to a source of electric energy; the device further comprises a potential reference body (4) interposed between the dispersion tip and the electric supply means to amplify an effect of electrostatic-potential difference between the dispersion tip and the source of electric energy.
