The crane has a base (9) with a turntable on which a lower valve base (6) is provided. Two swivel arms (2, 5) are pivotally attached at intervals and are arranged transverse to an axis of rotation of the base. One of the swivel arms is tilted by a hydraulic cylinder. An upper arm (3) is equipped with a single or multiple, hydraulic or mechanical sliding section. A steel wire is used as the other swivel arm. A hoisting hook is suspended from a block-shaped tip (17).
