The device (10) includes a substantially flat, elongated and rigid element (14) having a first surface (16) and a second surface (18), and a distal end (20) and a proximal end (22). The device (10) also includes a base member (12) to which the rigid element (14) is attached such that a collection area is formed between the second surface (18) of the distal end (20) of the rigid element (14) and a portion of the base member (12).
