A system and method for affecting atmospheric change. The system and method include providing a high altitude conduit 700 and expelling a material through the conduit into the atmosphere at high altitude. The conduit can be held aloft using balloons 730, satellites (620, fig 6), aerodynamic or propulsive lifting forces or may be an inflatable double walled structure. The conduit can be upwards of 1km in length and can extend into the stratosphere. The expelled material can be used for cloud seeding or to change the temperature of the surrounding area. Once expelled the material can be tracked. |
