METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DETECTING OF LEAK

PURPOSE: A method and a device for detecting leak are provided to detect the leak in a cargo window without breaking a first protection wall of the cargo window by using a gas absorption spectrum. CONSTITUTION: A light source(410) irradiates modified light to an object. A detector(415) analyzes an acoustic signal, which is output corresponding to the light irradiated to the object. The detector detects leak of the object. The detector includes an acoustic input unit and a signal processing unit. The acoustic input unit measures the acoustic signal, which is output corresponding to the light irradiated to the object. If intensity of the measured acoustic signal is over a threshold, the signal processing unit determines that the leak is found in the object.
