PURPOSE: A dryer is provided, which reduces noise by excluding a fan and prevents the surface of materials from being burnt using steam. CONSTITUTION: A dryer comprises an input hopper(11), an outlet(12), a thermal plate(10), a functioning frame(3), connecting pieces, and a plurality of inclined transfer plates(31). The input hopper has a transfer screw on one side upper end. The thermal plate heated by steam is arranged in zigzag within a drying room(1). The functioning frame reciprocates by a cam plate(2) and a rod(21). The connection piece is installed in the width direction of the thermal plate. A conveying plate of a connection piece is mounted in zigzag.
