PURPOSE: An internal and external insulating material for a building is provided to remove water with air circulating through an air path and to remove moisture from the insulating material. CONSTITUTION: An internal and external insulating material for a building comprises an aluminum thin plate(110), a foaming synthetic resin thin plate(120) and a molding sheet(130). The foaming synthetic resin thin plate is adhered in one side of the aluminum thin plate. A plurality of minute pores is formed on the surface of foaming synthetic resin thin plate . The foaming synthetic resin forming sheet is adhered in one side of the foaming synthetic resin thin plate. The aluminum thin plate is adhered in one side of the foaming synthetic resin forming sheet.
