PURPOSE: A ventilation mat using an air ball is provided to effectively protect from forming the sweat to the hips of a user and exhaust the wind according to every the seasons. CONSTITUTION: The ventilation mat using air balls includes: a plurality of air ball(100) of exhausting the air in the part in which the skin can be touchable when sitting on a chair; an air connection hose(400) of supplying the air through the air balls; and a hose(500) connected to the air hose of the vehicles. The air ball includes: a spring(300) for bouncing a bead(200) entered to inside when pressed the bead; a narrow hole having narrow diameter than the bead when the bead is popped by the spring.
