<p>A synthetic resin providing far-infrared radiation and excellent antimicrobial effects using volcanic stones and a method for manufacturing thereof are provided. The resin composition comprises 15-80 wt% of a resin; and 20-85 wt% of a volcanic stone powder of 50-1000 mesh, which is prepared by mixing a volcanic stone fine powder of 320-370 mesh and small volcanic stone ores of 1-2 cm in size at 50:50, blending 40 wt% of the mixture with 60 wt% of water to prepare a volcanic stone extract, and maturing the volcanic stone extract. The synthetic resin is manufactured by mixing a volcanic stone fine powder of 320-370 mesh and small volcanic stone ores of 1-2 cm in size at 50:50; blending 40 wt% of the volcanic stone powder mixture with 60 wt% of water to prepare an extract; blending the volcanic stone extract and a volcanic stone powder of 50-1000 mesh at 40:60, and maturing the volcanic stone powder! blending the matured volcanic stone powder with a resin at a ratio of 20-85:15-80; and extruding the blend.</p> |
