The invention discloses a method and a system of transmitting the encrypted information. The method includes the following steps when a sender sends information to a receiver: the sender client uses the unique identification of the receiver identity as a public key to encrypt the information; the sender sends the encrypted information to the receiver; the receiver gets the encrypted information and its client decrypts the information by the user private key; wherein the receiver client acquires the user private key by an one-off registration and the user private key matches with the unique identification of the receiver identity. The system includes an information transmitting platform, a sender and a receiver connected by the information transmitting platform, clients and register apparatus set on the sender and the receiver. The safe communication from the sender to the receiver without any initial key establishing process is realized according to the invention, and the negotiation between the sender and the receiver before the encryption/decryption and the interactions with any other entity during every encryption/decryption process are avoided.
