<p>PURPOSE: A solid-state image pickup device, a signal processing method of the same, and an image pickup device are provided to realize pixel addition in a horizontal direction in column ADC, thereby reducing an information amount outputted horizontally. CONSTITUTION: When the comparison results of two comparators(31i,31i+1) are the first logic, an addition controller(33) adds 1 to the second digit of one of two counters. When one of the comparison results of the comparators is the first logic, the addition controller adds 1 to the first digit of the counter. When the comparison results of the two comparators are the second logic, the addition controller does not add 1 to the first and second digits of the counter.</p> |
