PURPOSE: A stud welding device and a stud welding method using the same are provided to increase service life of the device and welding productivity by consecutively moving objects to be welded without moving a stud gun and welding the objects. CONSTITUTION: A stud welding device(100) comprises a stud cartridge(20), a stud feed block(30), and one or more stud guns(40). The stud cartridge stores a stud(S) and discharges the stored stud. The stud feed block comprises a stud transport part(32) and a stud receiving part(34). The stud transport part horizontally moves. The stud receiving part is connected to the stud transport part. The stud receiving part vertically moves. The stud receiving part accepts the stub discharged from the stud cartridge. The stud gun is transmitted with stub from the stud feed block. The stud gun fixes the stud and welds the stud.
