PURPOSE: A shuttle driving device of a sewing machine and a multi head sewing machine comprising the same are provided to reduce manufacturing cost of the device, and to offer multi-functions to the sewing machine. CONSTITUTION: A shuttle driving device of a sewing machine includes the followings: a shuttle installed at a supporter(1) pivotally; a cylindrical groove cam(5) installed at a driving shaft(3) rotated to one direction; a cam follower(20) reciprocating according to a support shaft(18), and combined on a cam groove(5a); and a transfer unit(13) rotating the shuttle.
