PURPOSE: A method for performing ARQ(Automatic Repeat reQuest) is provided to rapidly process recovery of a data block using an ARQ by transmitting a plurality of NACK(Negative Acknowledgement) sequence numbers inside an ARQ window to a plurality of control blocks. CONSTITUTION: An MAC(Medium Access Control) delivers a total size of an RLC(Radio Link Control) PDU(Protocol Data Unit) to an RLC(S100). The RLC transmits a first short state PDU to the MAC through partial NACK sequence numbers among a plurality of NACK sequence numbers inside an ARQ window(S110). The RLC transmits a second short state PDU to the MAC through rest NACK sequence numbers among the NACK sequence numbers(S120).
