PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing clogging of a gas outlet of a synthetic resin extruder is provided to open the gas outlet pushing a material into the cylinder, thereby keeping gas flow at the gas outlet smooth. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing clogging of a gas outlet of a synthetic resin extruder comprises an opening unit(10) which is installed to ascend and descend in the gas outlet(4) and lifted up by a supplied material within a cylinder, a main body(20) with a bottom face closing the top of a vent block(1), a couple of limit switches(30) which sense the flotation of the opening unit, and a returning unit(40) which presses the lifted opening unit to return to the original position.
