PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for healthcare based on ubiquitous sensor network, and a system and a method for healthcare service using thereof are provided to transmit measured exercise quantities or obtained calorie quantities to a health management service system. CONSTITUTION: A calorie information storage unit(11) stores the calorie information according to each food. A food recognizer(12) recognizes the food by an RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) tag attached to the food container. An exercise quantity measurer(13) measures quantities of exercise based on the movement of user. A control unit(14) transfers the exercise information or the calorie information to information transceiver(15).
