<p>The method comprises applying a catalytically active ceramic layer (28) on a ceramic substrate (18, 20, 21) by a suspension plasma spraying method. A suspension and sol are used during the spraying method, where the particles contained in the suspension have an average particle size of 0.5-10 mu m and the particles contained in the sol have an average particle diameter of 2-50 nm. The sol has a solid content of 5-30 wt.%. Argon (0-100 vol.%), hydrogen (0-30 vol.%) and/or helium (0-50 vol.%) are used as plasma gas for the suspension plasma spraying, where the gas flow rate is 3-60 slm.</p> |
