PURPOSE: A bamboo extract, and its preparation method are provided to allow the bamboo components good for health to be administrated conveniently anytime and anywhere. CONSTITUTION: A bamboo extract is prepared by collecting the bamboo less than yearling comprising the bamboo shoot; cutting the collected bamboo by a size of 15cm and washing it with clean water; removing moisture completely; putting 50~70 weight% of the bamboo and 30~50 weight% of sugar in a container, and sealing the entrance; maturing the mixture at 15~22°C for 6 months; and taking out the solids of the bamboo and maturing it further for 1 month. |
